Behaviors of the Great. Part 1.

Great people are Goal-Setter

The best way to create great people is by exposing them to other great people and by studying the behaviors that make them great. Tonight we would be looking into some of the behaviors of great personalities and learn a thing or two from them.

Invariably, great people are goal setters. In fact, you would be hard-pressed to point out any great person who simply wandered his or her way to success. 

How far the goals you set at the beginning of 2020? 

Great people envision their future and set step by step goals to Achieve It. Hence there is a need to for everyone who aspires to be great to emulate the goal-setting behavior of great people.

Great people build and nurture relationships.

Great people build and nurture relationships. Great people understand this hence the reason they don't joke with their circle. Great people invest their time and energy to make their relationship work. Relationship is the key to greatness.

Here's the big question- How often do you build and water your relationships? 

Falling is not the problem, it's falling alone that's the problem. Get yourself a circle of like-minded people. Don't forget, everything working is connected.

Lastly, great people understand that relationships are compensation for their disadvantages. That's the major reason they invest in it.

Great people always think right even in wrong situations. 

They understand that for their life to be good, their minds must first be good.

Have you seen the reason why great people wouldn't spend much time with shallow minds? Great people build strong, positive, respectful, cooperative relationships with everyone possible. 

Do you know why? I guess, in order to make everyone around grow as they build themselves in line with their vision. You cannot bypass your mind if you want to have a great life. Learn how to handle whatever comes your way and it will turn out well. There's power in your mind. 

Build it intentionally and deliberate about it. Great people learn quickly.

The step to thinking right is to learn, unlearn, and relearn. Great people that their greatest asset is their mind.

If you accept this fact, your life will take a new shape.

Great People never give up

Endless determination is what we need to succeed in life. You don't have any justifiable reason to give up on your dreams. Don't let anything stop you. The secret of greatness is for you to keep moving no matter what. Don't give up. Don't forget,

Great people make great mistakes. But they don't give up.

Great people understand the God Factor. 

 No man succeeds without the help of a supreme being.

Kit kids Foundation

Kit kids foundation (KKF) is a non governmental organization established by ADEDEJI Oluwatobi on 15th March 2017, with the aim of given hope to future generation. Their core values is TIES : They build bond with kids regardless of their races or background. They have been able to kit over 6000 kids directly or indirectly by the help of God. They go to schools as an organization to meet the needs of the vulnerable kids, and to rural area to celebrate the vulnerable kids too. Some of the program they have held are Impact 1000, Freedom for kids, Rising of the Heros just to mention a few and they are  looking forward to their next program IGNITE'19.
Their future plan is to ensure that Hope is given to kids globally and to ensure that all kids have access to education and good living. They also envisage of having a charity home where vulnerable kids can be taken care of.

Mull over glory full of many worries

Standstill and wails for the way
Calling for helps from the helpless
With great groan strives to grow
Looking forward on that may lead
On the spirit of faith

By persistence and perseverance

CHALLENGES

                     

           
              Why can’t I bear the sneer?
                                           
               When He’s near to hear
                                           
               Because of his greatness is here
                                         
               Yea, so dear for me to be there


               Though it may seem to wear
                                           
           And cause my cheek to roll in tears
                                           
      Make the dearth throughout the years   
                                         
              So care for me but is unclear

                                                     
 Then, I swear to the race of life not to fear
                                          
        All is just for the sake of earful

POWER IN YOU

The power in us is enough for our greatness,but our mind towards it ridicule the mighty in us.

Individuals are greatly endowed to be important fellows by nature (God) and that is why when WORKS OF CREATION has come to an end, He looked down and said ALL ARE GOOD but we choose a part seems too good on our sight, not considering that there is POWER in us for our greatness.

The powers are in the following forms;

 WORDS UTTERED: Most of the time, the words we uttered are negatives words which prevents us from our greatness in the sense that someone won’t be encouraged to do things that seems impossible.

The negatives word includes;

(i)                No, this is impossible

(ii)              It is not easy to do

(iii)            Just can’t go about it

(iv)            Can you do it for me?

But when the above listed words are being erased from our MINDS, we will see that exploits will be made through i.e. when we are optimistic with our words.

Lesson 1; we should always be optimistic rather than been pessimistic with our words because our words are POWER.

 THINKING FACULTY: Things will not be right until we are right with our thinking. Many people don’t know that the tactic of getting things done correctly is by thinking in a right way and get ready to face the consequences and risk involved. If we are thinking not to take RISKS then we are preparing NOT TO BE GREAT. Any decision we embark upon in our course of thinking either GOOD OR BAD has a greater influence on our greatness.

Your Thinking Faculty must;

                    i.            Be Right and Wise.

                  ii.            Not be avoiding Risk.

                iii.            Be Positive no matter the situation you find yourself.

               iv.            Not be Narcissistic in nature (think of other).

Lesson 2; It is risky not to take risk because the life we are living in is a RISK ITSELF.

            PERSEVERANCE: When a particular task is to be carried and there is error, that error does       not make us a failure but a chance to EXAMINE, DISCOVER, THINK OVER and QUESTION the cause of the Error in order to ENVISAGE on the SOLUTION to the Error. The spirit of Untried Effort needs to be discouraged in everything worth doing.

  Perseverance is our;

                   I.            Boldness to new ideas.

                 II.            Unacceptable to defeat.

              III.             Fearless to failure.

Lesson 3; we need to be PERSISTENT and CONSISTENT in our doings and fearless of its outcomes.
